01 - Problem

Selling a business is personal, but most acquisition sites sound like private equity - cold, vague and full of jargon.

Perpetual buys to hold, not flip. Owners needed three answers fast: what Perpetual looks for ($500K to $2M in SDE and a viable successor), how fast it closes, and what happens to their people.

02 - Solution

A warm, human site that answers the seller's real questions - legacy, speed and people - in plain words.

Deep green, warm cream and one sunny yellow, with photos of real conversations. Why Perpetual, What We Look For and a four-step How It Works - ending with an all-cash close in as little as 60 days - make the first call easy.
